Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I clean my trash bins?
Every bag you toss leaves something behind. Food scraps, liquids, and grime build up at the bottom of your bin and bake in the sun. That residue becomes a breeding ground for bacteria like E. coli and salmonella.
It also smells. Those odors draw flies, maggots, raccoons, and rodents right to your driveway.
We deep clean and sanitize your bins so they stay cleaner, safer, and a lot more pleasant to be around. No scrubbing, no mess, no hose water running down your driveway.
How does the service work?
Leave your bins at the curb on your scheduled trash day. After your hauler empties them, we come by, clean and sanitize them, and set them back where they were.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are accessible at the curb, we take care of it and you will not know we were there except for the smell that is gone.
What is included in a cleaning?
We wash the inside, the outside, and the lid, then sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize before putting the bin back.
What products do you use?
Eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe around your home, your kids, and your pets.
How many bins does each price cover?
Every plan covers two bins. Additional bins are added at a flat rate per bin, which depends on the plan you pick. Full pricing is on our Services and Pricing page.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Most of our customers go monthly, especially through the summer when St. George heat makes odors worse in a hurry. Quarterly works if your bins stay shaded or you do not throw out much wet trash.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in St. George and serve the surrounding Washington County area. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask.
What do I need to do before my scheduled cleaning?
Make sure your trash and recycling bins are empty and placed at the curb, where our equipment can safely reach them.
What happens if my bin isn't accessible?
We may not be able to clean it. This includes bins that are blocked, behind a locked gate, inside a garage, or otherwise unavailable. If our team arrives and can't reach your bin, you will receive a text message and we will reschedule with no charge.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?
Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. A $20 cancellation fee applies to customers who cancel before completing 9 services or one year of service, whichever comes first. After 9 visits/1 year: there are no fees and rescheduling is allowed with 24hr notice.
